Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool Location Phoenix, AZ Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Days and nights available: 7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a. Shift will be determined in the interview. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool. This position will require floating between the CVICU, NICU, and PICU departments. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team and families to promote patient health by delivering professional nursing care based on patient age and condition. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care according to established standards and hospital policies. Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote patient health. Document patient care activities accurately based on nursing and medical plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in pediatric critical care. Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children's hospital experience is a plus. Current State of Arizona RN license or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association. Current Advanced NRP certification.
