Director of FP&A — Strategic Finance Leader (Hybrid)

Trilogy in Skokie, IL is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function within the Accounting Department. This role will develop dashboards and scorecards, drive budgeting processes, and provide insightful financial analysis for leadership.
Hybrid work includes 1 remote day per week. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience, 3+ years leading teams, and strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
