Lead Base Area Operator

Job Summary: As a Lead Base Area Operator, you will perform critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. It is a great opportunity to perform a variety of different work through the day ensuring great service and smooth operations of the resort.
Job Specifications
- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $26.88/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in all base area operations which may include and is not limited to parking, scanning, upkeep of base area
- Act as a flexible labor force for various projects and events
- Janitorial Duties
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe your safety is our priority
- Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments
- Ability to lift 50 Lb. (22.6 Kg.)
- Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- 1+ years of related experience
