Seeking a passionate and skilled School Psychologist to take on a rewarding part-time contract role in the Lakeville, MN area for the 2026-2027 school year. This engaging opportunity is perfect for professionals who enjoy working with K-12 students and are looking for a consistent, flexible schedule. In this position, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive assessment and intervention strategies to support student academic, behavioral, cognitive, and social/emotional growth.

You’ll be a key consultant, collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success. The position offers approximately 20 hours per week at .5 FTE. There is flexibility in scheduling—choose between 2.5 days each week, alternating 2 days one week and 3 days the next, or working a half day each school day according to your preferences and school needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for certification.
• Experience with K-12 students.
• Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessments and diverse intervention strategies.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate intervention programs for academic, social/emotional, behavioral, and cognitive needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations.
• Serve as primary consultant within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Design, implement, and assess intervention plans for individual students.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for student support services.
• Engage in regular consultation with staff and families to foster student growth and wellbeing.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and legal standards.
