Emergency Medicine Physician
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care in a rural emergency department serving a close-knit community in Hobbs, NM. This role offers excellent compensation, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support in a low-volume, high-acuity environment.
Position Highlights:
- 12-bed ED with open ICU setting
- 16,650 annual patient visits
- Single physician coverage with APP support 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
- Advanced medical technology
- EPIC EMR
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Part-time, or PRN opportunities
- $295 per hour
- Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Travel and lodging reimbursement for out-of-area providers
Requirements:
- ABEM board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician, or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Department experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible physician
- Emergency Medicine experience required
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
