Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer chemotherapy in accordance with established protocols.
• Manage and access ports and central lines, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
• Monitor and assess patient condition and response to treatment, addressing any adverse effects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and management.
• Educate patients and families about oncology treatment, procedures, and medications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing required.
• BLS and ONS certification required.
• 2-3 years of outpatient Oncology experience required.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to deliver care while following isolation precautions and PPE protocols.
• Experience with IV push administration of chemotherapy and narcotic agents.
