Body Repair Master

A body repair master is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in auto body repair techniques as well as the ability to use a variety of tools and equipment The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and determine repair needs Repair or replace damaged body parts using appropriate techniques Straighten bent frames and align structural components Remove dents scratches and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces Blend paint to match existing color and apply it seamlessly to repaired areas Perform quality checks on completed repairs to ensure they meet industry standards Keep work area clean and organized Communicate with customers about repair process and timelines Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in auto body repair Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams Excellent problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship Good time management skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Trade school diploma or certification in auto body repair Experience working with different types of vehicles cars trucks SUVs Familiarity with computerized estimating systems Salary $1700 per month negotiable based on experience Location Los Angeles CA Employment Type Contract Accommodation Not provided Visa Sponsorship Available for qualified candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr SnapReach Media
