Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Contractor to support ongoing website management and franchise marketing requests. This role is responsible for executing website updates, managing inbound marketing tickets via Monday.com, and ensuring consistent, high-quality digital presence across national and local franchise pages.

This position plays a critical role in helping franchise owners execute marketing requests efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and supporting lead generation across the system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Content & CMS Management

Execute daily website updates across corporate and franchise location pages
Upload, format, and publish content in CMS following established templates and SEO best practices
Maintain clean structure, tagging, and organization of website assets
Ensure all updates align with brand standards and conversion goals
2. Monday.com Ticket Management

Monitor incoming marketing tickets from franchise owners in Monday.com
Triage, prioritize, and complete requests based on SLA expectations
Translate owner requests into clear, actionable web updates
Provide status updates and confirm completion within the platform
3. Franchise Owner Support

Serve as a primary execution partner for franchise owner website requests
Communicate clearly to clarify requests, gather missing information, and ensure accuracy
Provide guidance to owners when requests fall outside best practices or brand standards
4. Content Execution & SEO Support

Create and publish localized content for local pages (service pages, city pages, blogs, etc.)
Support SEO efforts through on-page optimization (headers, internal links, metadata, etc.)
Ensuring content aligns with GEO/AEO strategy and local search visibility goals
5. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

Identify and resolve CMS or website issues related to updates or functionality
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, development, creative) when escalations are needed
Maintain a proactive approach to identifying recurring issues and improving workflows
6. Website Maintenance & Governance

Assist with ongoing site maintenance (user access, page cleanup, content audits)
Help enforce CMS guardrails to ensure franchise owner compliance and consistency
Support implementation of new features, tools, or integrations as needed

Fast turnaround time on ticket completion
High accuracy and minimal rework on website updates
Positive feedback from franchise owners
Clean, well-structured CMS updates with minimal errors

Required Skills & Experience

Experience managing content in a CMS (WordPress, headless CMS, or similar)
Experience using project/task management systems (Monday.com strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of website structure, usability, and basic SEO principles
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment
Clear written communication skills for internal and franchise-facing interactions
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting franchise or multi-location brands
Familiarity with local SEO and location-based content strategies
Experience working with creative specs and digital assets
Exposure to AI-assisted content workflows (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
Experience with Google Platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Baseline understanding of Paid Digital Marketing tactics (lead generation tactics, brand awareness tactics, Google Ad campaign types, etc.)
