Operations Supervisor

To ensure exceptional service delivery, the fully remote Operations Supervisor will coach and develop customer service representatives, manage performance metrics, and handle escalated customer calls while promoting teamwork and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities: Coach and develop team members to achieve account-specific and organizational performance indicators Monitor and manage employee performance using coaching tools and performance dashboards Handle escalated customer calls and ensure the highest quality service for internal and external customers Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center, including 12 months in a supervisory role Experience in the healthcare industry preferred Proficiency with technology, including computers and software applications Ability to drive team efficiency and productivity through effective metric management
