Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation cases. Responsibilities Litigate civil cases from inception to resolution Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis‑Nexis, and other resources Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other proceedings Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide legal advice Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws Proficient in legal research using Westlaw, Lexis‑Nexis, and other platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously If you are a dedicated attorney with a passion for litigation and a desire to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.
