Remote Patient Experience Specialist

Legion Health

Legion Health is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to provide exceptional support throughout the patient care journey. This fully remote role requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a patient-facing support role, ideally within a digital health or telehealth setting. The representative will be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring excellent communication while coordinating workflows.
