Other locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but must be in proximity of a Lockheed Martin site. The employee will be a member of the Problem Resolution team located at Eglin AFB, FL and assist to provide engineering support, liaise with Aeronautics and the Joint Program Office Lightning Support Team, and provide customer service for the global enterprise of F-35 training centers and training products fielded across the country and around the world.As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will:Manage system integrity, availability, and compliance of systemsAssist in the development of problem resolution solutions across components of systems through design, integration, implementation, and supportPerform guidance and management for hardware, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance on multiple architecturesCollaborate and coordinate with other program personnel and customersParticipate in cross-functional agile teams to solve training-related problemsThis position requires a SECRET adjudicated U.S. government security clearance before starting with Lockheed Martin, as well as obtaining a Special Access Program (SAP) U.S. government security clearance within a reasonable time after starting. U.S. citizenship is a requirement for consideration. The candidate must be able to work multiple shifts and support some weekend work, when needed. They must also be willing to travel occasionally to both CONUS and OCONUS F-35 enterprise training locations for short periods, depending on Lockheed and customer needs.We are committed to work life balance by promoting this HYBRID TELEWORK opportunity. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
