Personal Lines Account Manager

The position: We are looking for someone to join our team in St. George, Utah. In this position you will: Manage an assigned book of business consisting of Producer and house accounts Assist Producers as needed on accounts that are part of their book of business Assist customers with policy and coverage questions on a day-to-day basis Lead the quoting process for both new and renewal business, including preparing applications, preparing quotes on carrier websites, binding coverage, etc. Process and manage change requests for customers Assist customers with claims questions Process daily calls and e-mails from customers, producers and underwriters in a timely manner Maintain client files in the agency management system in an orderly and up-to-date manner Manage invoicing on agency billed policies Other duties as assigned What makes you successful: A successful Personal Lines Account Manager needs to: Preferably have five to ten years of experience in the insurance industry Be trustworthy, ethical, hardworking, self-motivated and goal oriented Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written Be willing to learn and take directions Ability to use technology to efficiently manage a large workload The most successful Personal Lines Account Manager at Beehive will: Support a collaborative work environment Effectively manage your time Continually improve your knowledge and skills Have a desire and motivation to grow in this position and invest in your career What we'll do for you: At Beehive Insurance we value people!
