- Track field progress systematically and ensure that schedule data aligns with on-site activities and production quantities.
- Review contractor and subcontractor programs for compliance with contract documents and scheduling requirements, and identify any deviations or risks.
- Advise the Superintendent and Project Manager on subcontractor and vendor performance, schedule adherence, and potential impacts to critical path activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including engineering, construction management, and project controls, to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with overall project objectives.
- Support project controls efforts by providing resource-loaded schedules and data necessary for performance measurement and forecasting.
- Participate in meetings with managers, co-workers, subcontractors, and craft employees to communicate schedule status, upcoming work, and changes in a clear and professional manner.
- Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify scheduling issues, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain high standards of safety and integrity in all scheduling practices and support adherence to industry and safety standards.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring schedule updates, reports, and analyses are completed with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Strong scheduling software skills, with emphasis on Primavera P6.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with managers, co-workers, subcontractors, and construction craft employees.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
