This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 48 guaranteed hours per week and 75% weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float Pool. The RN will have the opportunity to float between various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to basic ICU patients, including those who are sedated, intubated, and on pressors.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient care.
• Demonstrate flexibility with assignments, potentially taking on multiple assignments within a single shift.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU settings, with consideration for 1:3 in IMC.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience is required.
• Active RN license.
