What To Expect The Extended Warranty DMI focuses on developing, implementing, and expanding district sales initiatives and relationships with each business partner. The role increases HCA presence and support for Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, GAP, and other vehicle protection products to exceed annual sales objectives. What You Will Do Attain HCA goals within the assigned sales District in the following areas: Dealer conversion to the Hyundai-branded Finance and Insurance (F&I) program, including: Dealer enrollment and activation through consultative sales and aligned deal structures Planning and implementation for dealer income development Dealer F&I office training and support Product penetration: Vehicle Service Contracts Prepaid Maintenance / Maint. Wrap CPO Wrap Excess Wear and Tear GAP All other With mentorship from Regional Sales Manager (RSM), perform dealer sales relationship training for increased effectiveness Become a Trusted Advisor; serve as the primary contact for Dealers in the District to handle all F&I related challenges Develop and execute the District’s sales action plan in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Insurance, prioritizing dealer contact activity within the district Personal development – seek opportunities for professional growth and increased knowledge in F&I product and service delivery and perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring 2-4 years automotive retail management (F&I Manager experience preferred) and/or equivalent experience as an Extended Warranty and/or F&I field sales representative 1+ year of F&I specific experience (may be included in 2-4 years above) Menu selling utilization/experience Proficient in selling current F&I product portfolio Captive experience preferred Adept dealer conversion, income development, product knowledge, comprehension, and skill sets required BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred Evidence of formalized F&I training (JM&A, Pat Ryan, Allstate, etc.) preferred Outstanding field sales and dealer support skills with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives Broad knowledge of Extended Warranty and F&I program design and products; experience in implementing dealer income development strategies Ability to analyze difficult situations and resolve issues; able to obtain cooperation and commitment from partners and colleagues Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills Comprehensive working aptitude for computers and ongoing skill development Work Environment Employees in this role may have extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Work is performed in an office and external field environment with vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Extensive travel is involved. The posted salary range considers factors such as skills, experience, training, location, and business needs. Hiring may occur at various points within the range based on these factors. Salary at the top of the range is not guaranteed.
