What You ll Do

• Provide onsite neonatal ICU and critical care coverage
• Support a 24/7/365 NICU team, including full weekend rotations
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Assess and monitor neonatal and critical care patients health conditions
• Support clinical procedures and treatment planning
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Certification in Neonatal or Critical Care as applicable
• Prior experience in neonatal intensive care or critical care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
