Physical Therapist (PT)

Part Time Physical Therapist (Powerback) At Powerback, we help older adults remain active and provide essential therapy for children at home and in school. With over 38 years of service, we operate across skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home‑based care. Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Teach patients and caregivers trainable skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
