Vice President, Core Product Management

Role:
Vice President of Product Management leading a biotech product portfolio focused on genomics and related life sciences solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management; translate scientific innovation and market needs into differentiated products; collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and regional teams to align product development and launch plans; drive portfolio growth, profitability, and market share; lead and develop a high-performing product management organization; influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership; and manage product performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in life sciences, biotech, engineering, or related; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) preferred; 15-20 years in product/portfolio management or related leadership in biotech, diagnostics, or genomics; 10+ years leading teams; experience with product lifecycle, commercialization, market segmentation, and customer workflows; strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.
High-Value:
Experience in genomics, sequencing, diagnostics, multiomics, clinical workflows, regulatory environments (FDA, IVDR, CLIA/CAP), and global portfolio management.
Work Setup:
Role likely based in the US; details on remote or onsite not specified; extensive collaboration across functions and regions.
