Role ¿QA Automation Fusion HCM / Technical/Techno Functional Consultant (Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learn, ORC, HR Helpdesk) § Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent § Must have worked as a Fusion HCM Technical/Techno Functional consultant in implementation, Support projects involving few of the Fusion HCM Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learn, ORC, HR Helpdesk modules including Security, Workflow/BPM, Personalization, Value Set, Lookup, Flex Field configuration. § Should have fair understanding and functional knowledge in few of the Fusion HCM modules mentioned above. § Must have very good knowledge & experience in developing technical components using available Fusion HCM Tools like HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, BIP, OTBI, SQL. § This position requires skills to develop solutions and designs for systems integrations, data conversions, reports development, data extracts development, security & workflow configuration. § Exp. working on REST APIs in Fusion HCM environment will have added advantage. § Exp. in developing, modifying Fast Formula will have added advantage. § Exp. in OIC will have added advantage. Must have very good communication skills, Attitude and teaming skills.
