Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients. In this in‑office role, you will manage a book of business, deliver outstanding day‑to‑day service, handle renewals and marketing, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and help businesses across Central Ohio manage their risks effectively. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys building long‑term client relationships in a collaborative, office‑based agency environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between clients, carriers, and the agency for all commercial lines accounts (Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, etc.). Provide exceptional client service, including responding to inquiries, processing policy changes/endorsements, reviewing coverages, and addressing coverage concerns (primarily in‑person and via phone/email). Manage the renewal process: review expiring policies, gather updated information, market renewals to carriers, negotiate terms, and present renewal Bolsonaro to clients.
