Your work ensures the highest quality standards, directly safeguarding our warfighters and making a profound impact on mission success.Join us in **Amesbury, MA** and be a part of something truly meaningful.**What you will do:*** Ensure effective control plans are established and implemented for manufacturing, inspection and test processes to ensure conformance to specifications and contract requirements.* Act as an integrated member of the design and production teams developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.* Support cross-functional teams in the execution and reporting of quality improvement efforts with a focus on business process improvements, manufacturing process improvements, scrap reduction and supplier quality improvement.* Collaborate with other engineers, managers and production personnel to address product, process and system nonconformities, determine root causes and implement effective solutions.* Participate as a member of the internal audit team. Conduct internal audits. Assign and drive corrective action tasks to completion and perform verification / effectiveness reviews as required.**What you will gain in experience:*** You’ll gain hands-on experience with various quality management system processes, ensuring each unique product meets the highest standards. This variety not only broadens your expertise but also deepens your understanding of quality across different materials and technology.* This role will help you take flight to a leadership position in Quality or other types of roles in operations, engineering, etc. and a chance to lead key corporate initiatives.**Required Qualifications & Skills*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering* Working knowledge of the Quality Management System requirements contained within the ISO 9001 standard.
