Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Salt Lake City, UT

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and patient access for rheumatology treatments across Salt Lake City, Sacramento, and Reno markets. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer insights
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacy partners
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and execution
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Deep understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside within assigned territory

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
