Operations Manager

Position Summary Operations Manager – 3rd shift. You’ll be a member of the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team, responsible for executing store operations, driving performance, and building consumer loyalty. Responsibilities Store Operations: overall store management, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training and development, and financial management. Leadership & Management: lead crew, supervise and assign activities, communicate information to crew and supervisors, and support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement plans. Customer Service: assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer‑service culture (greet, offer help, and thank). Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and strong computer skills. Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; willingness to work overtime and respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Pay Range Typical pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour. Base rate varies by experience, education, geography and other factors.
