Corporate Recruiter - Columbus, OH

Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, refine role requirements, and build effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate roles, from intake meeting to I‑9 completion. Create and manage job postings, ensuring accurate position details and strong alignment with business needs. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed. Review applications, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process. Own candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, including outreach, interview coordination, offers, and dispositioning. Partner closely with hiring managers to share candidate profiles, gather feedback, and move candidates efficiently through the process. Help facilitate internal mobility efforts, including reviewing internal candidates and partnering with transfer processes. Ensure an efficient and compliant recruiting process, including documentation, status updates, and candidate tracking in the ATS. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 1‑4 years of recruiting experience required. Experience managing multiple open requisitions at once while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed, with a track record of engaging passive candidates. Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate data. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates. A relationship builder.
