Job PostingTell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 408 Bed Hospital – Main OR = 14 OR’s (1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, 12 multipurpose OR’s) Number of Staff – 60 FTE’s Type of staff: OR RN, CST, PCT, Anesthesia Tech, Service Line Lead RN, Tech Service Line Coordinator, Clinical Charge RN, Director, VP Day Shift – 14-16 RN’s, 14-16 CST’s, Clinical Charge RN x2 Night Shift – Clinical Charge RN, OR RN x1, CST x 1 with call teams for Neuro, CVOR, and General Patient Ratios – 1:1 Type of equipment – Standard OR Equipment, Stryker Video systems, EMR - MeditechTypical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience BLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Circulate and scrubbing experience Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy and ortho/spine No transplant procedures Best personality Fit: Patient experience is a priority Good communication with staff and providers Adaptable to changeUnit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
