The Construction Project Coordinator is critical to delivering on that promise. This role owns the front end of construction projects — capturing scope, selling the job, securing approvals, and managing project cash flow — so customers feel confident, projects stay organized, and outcomes are delivered the right way.

What You'll Own

• Capture scope and sell projects by clearly defining work, setting expectations, and earning customer trust.
• Negotiate approvals with insurance adjusters and stakeholders, protecting scope, pricing, and project integrity.
• Guide customers through the construction process with urgency, care, and clear communication.
• Manage project cash flow by securing deposits, processing change orders, and keeping documentation accurate and timely.
• Partner with the Construction Superintendent to ensure a smooth handoff from approval to production.
• Protect the SERVPRO brand by upholding safety, quality, and risk management standards on every project.

• Field teams receive clear scope and documentation to execute with excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction coordination, project management, or restoration services.
• Confidence communicating with customers, adjusters, and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active projects.
• A mindset of ownership, accountability, and service.
