Responsibilities:

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills by assisting customers in selecting a vehicle, asking questions, and listening attentively to their needs.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become an authority in the automotive field.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing updates on objectives, planned activities, and performance analysis.
• Bring your 'A game' and positive attitude to work every day.

Qualifications:

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Preferred self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
• Ready to quickly learn and become an expert on automotive products.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
