Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Eloy, AZ Type: Full-time, Contracting through Soliant Education Overview Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to enrich students' lives through communication? In this role, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators and parents to foster student success. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams. Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to enhance student communication skills. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Valid Arizona licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred. Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
