Virtual Assistant

We are a U.S.-based company that manufactures custom serving products and service carts for restaurants. We are looking for a reliable bilingual Virtual Assistant to help us find new restaurant customers throughout the United States.

Our primary market is Mexican restaurants, so excellent Spanish communication skills are very important.

Responsibilities

* Research Mexican restaurants and other restaurants throughout the U.S.
* Find restaurant

Instagram, Facebook, email, website and other available contact information.

* Identify good potential customers for our products.
* Send initial outreach messages through

Instagram, Facebook and/ or email using templates we provide.

* Communicate naturally in both Spanish and English.
* Follow up with restaurants that do not initially respond.
* Respond to basic initial questions using

information and scripts we provide.

* When a restaurant shows genuine interest,

immediately pass the lead/ conversation to our team so we can handle the sale.

* Keep an organized Google Sheet or CRM
* showing every restaurant contacted, contact method, response and follow-up status.
* Avoid duplicate contacts.

Requirements

* Fluent Spanish and English. Native Spanish speakers are strongly preferred.
* Experience with lead generation, social-media outreach or virtual-assistant work.

Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, email, Google and Google Sheets.

* Good research skills.
* Reliable and able to work independently.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Able to follow our outreach system consistently.

You will NOT be

responsible for closing sales. Your job is to find potential customers, start conversations and identify interested prospects. Our team takes over once a qualified prospect is interested.

* Starting Schedule & Pay

Approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Starting budget: $4 USD/ hour, depending on experience.

There will be opportunities for additional hours and performance bonuses if the relationship works well.

PAID TEST

Shortlisted applicants will complete a small paid test.

You will be asked to:

1\. Find 10 Mexican restaurants in a specified

U.S. market.

1. Provide their contact information and social-media accounts.
2. Identify which restaurants you believe are the strongest prospects and explain why.
3. Write the English and Spanish outreach message you would send.
4. Demonstrate how you would track those leads.
