Sr. Manager, Heavy/Bulky Logistics, Services And Returns

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager to join AMXL, heavy/bulky logistics, services and returns team. This role will identify opportunities to improve our products and services, conduct industry research, perform competitive analyses, measures end-to-end customer experience and streamline processes world wide on behalf of our customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end operational analysis programs which result in impactful customer experience enhancements for heavy/bulky products.
• Lead programs across multiple product categories and regions, including the scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior management.
• Partner with senior business leaders across the company in developing programs and communicating/following-up on actionable findings.
• Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities.
• Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to optimize program efficiencies.

Basic qualifications

• 7+ years of team management experience

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
