Customer Service Representative Location: Onsite in Hanover Park (this is not a remote position) Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Requirements Knowledge in Windows based computer systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word. Open to learning proprietary software programs for Camcraft (Epicor (preferred), IQS & sharepoint) and customers. Proficient in verbal and email communication, working as the liaison between the company and customers. Understanding of production helpful in working towards customer's needs and involving other departments as needed. Detail and numbers oriented.
