Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
