Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: Not specified Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years in acute care setting, advanced telemetry experience License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Advanced telemetry experience Ability to pass advanced dysrhythmia exam during onboarding Description: This position requires a registered nurse with advanced telemetry experience. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting. An active RN license is required at the time of submission. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory. Travel experience is preferred but not required. The ability to float to different units may be necessary. Experience with EMR is preferred, particularly with Cerner. Knowledge of Cardizem and insulin drips is essential. Candidates should be prepared to handle phenobarbital on telemetry. First-time travelers with good experience may be considered. RTO (Requested Time Off) should be included at the time of submission.
