We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering top-notch home repair and improvement services to our valued clients in Ferndale, WA. Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality repairs, installations, and renovations across multiple trades.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Train and mentor junior craftsmen to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Bill and collect onsite at the end of every job.
- Proven experience in home repair and remodeling, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read directions and assembly instructions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in trades are a plus.
