Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Silver City, New Mexico. This travel assignment starts on 09/26/2026 and runs for 10 weeks. You’ll earn between $878 and $939 per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The shift is 12-hour day shifts (6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.). Setting: long-term care nursing home. This is a travel temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

- Work setting: Long-term care nursing home Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and changes to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team rounds
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure resident safety and comfort Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico) or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts in a long-term care setting
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfort working with a geriatric population and chronic care needs
- Ability to collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team
- Willingness to travel for a temporary travel assignment Benefits and Support
