Sr. Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
• Set technical direction for critical technical surface areas to support continued growth.
• Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling.
• Build the Integrations Platform and shared primitives for authentication, lifecycle, observability, and publishing across Vanta’s integration ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve security and trust outcomes for customers.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience playing technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
• Previous startup experience or experience in an environment prioritizing a bias for action.
• Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
• Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space.
• Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
