Job Description Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. Manage procurement and allocation of resources for projects. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Detroit Industrial Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects in the business services industry. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
