Schedule

Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM, Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. The RN will provide care in a supportive environment focused on improving patient outcomes in a diverse population. This position requires a commitment to psychiatric nursing, with an emphasis on geriatric psychiatric care and medical floor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care to patients with behavioral health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for patient documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
• HWC certification (available on site).
• Experience with common diagnoses such as Alzheimer's, behavioral disturbances, and depression is preferred.
