Where You Come In You will provide day-to-day technical support to employees and VIPs in support of their computing environment. Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, related peripherals, and network connectivity. You will maintain passwords and ensure data integrity and file system security for the end-user computing environment. You will communicate highly technical information to other employees. You contribute technical and procedural knowledge to the Knowledge Base. You will take on projects and other duties as needed. What Makes You Successful You have a passion for helping people, ensuring that their computer works great! You are a great team player, prioritize the team over yourself. You are willing to go above and beyond, put yourself in situations that may not always be comfortable. You have experience or some of the following certificates: CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, Google IT Support Certificate, HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST), ITIL Foundation, and Microsoft MCP. Travel Required 0-5% Experience And Education Requirements Typically requires a minimum of 4 -6 years of related experience and a High School diploma/ certificate or equivalent.
