ICU Float RN: Lead Critical Care Across 3 Hospitals

Henry Ford Health’s RN Central Float Pool rotates across three hospitals and requires commitment to work every other weekend, one summer holiday, one winter holiday, two hard-to-fill dates, and two Mondays with three Fridays per a six-week schedule. The RN provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and teaching for patients and families. #J-18808-Ljbffr Henry Ford Health
