About the Role:
Fin & Crab is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team in Charleston, SC! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in keeping our restaurant running smoothly, safely, and looking its best every day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the restaurant facility
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior grounds
• Identify and report safety hazards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Perform light carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep tasks

Requirements:

• Prior experience in restaurant, commercial, or facilities maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbing
• Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
