Responsibilities Responsibilities: The Engineering Manager oversees technical teams within the engineering department, focusing on the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating engineering projects from conception to implementation Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers Reviewing and approving product design and changes Collaborating with other departments to integrate engineering functions with business objectives Enhancing team performance through process improvements and training Providing technical and strategic leadership in solving complex technical problems Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, technology, or a related technical discipline; a Master’s degree in engineering or business administration is preferred Seven (7) years of progressive experience in the engineering field, with a demonstrated track record of managing mid to large-scale projects Five (5) years of experience in a managerial role within an engineering environment, with proven capabilities in team leadership and project management.
