This role is accountable for acquiring and deepening client relationships through consultative engagement, strong product knowledge, and disciplined execution that drive meaningful client outcomes while adhering to TD's risk and regulatory standards.Depth & Scope:Drives acquisition in a bank location by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach, building meaningful connections that help clients achieve their financial goalsEngages clients with curiosity, establishes purpose for the interaction, and conducts meaningful, goals-based discovery to uncover client needs and prioritiesApplies foundational banking knowledge to interpret client needs and validate understanding.
