What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Account Manager, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping clients maintain the right protection for their changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage updates.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend insurance solutions that better protect customers and their families.
• Educate customers on available products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals while delivering outstanding service.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance agency or insurance customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience servicing personal lines insurance policies.
• Proven ability to identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience working in an independent agency or captive insurance office.
