Principal IT Software Engineer

Guiding the development of critical customer information systems, the full-time remote Principal IT Software Engineer will design end-to-end solutions for operational data stores, manage cross-team dependencies, and lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities: Guide development and modernization of customer information operational data stores Lead the creation of data pathways between internal and external systems, focusing on integration with identity and access management services Ensure security and compliance for data and services, while governing application design and development practices Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred 5-7 years of software delivery experience in an agile environment, with a focus on enterprise, web, or mobile applications Strong experience with database technologies, particularly Oracle and MongoDB Proficiency in cloud technologies and platforms, including Azure and AWS Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation for quality, security, and performance
