We are seeking highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help infants, children, and adults receive the complex care they need where they feel the safest—at home. Responsibilities Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs. Support clients with ongoing home care needs throughout Mercer County. Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care. Train and mentor care team members to maintain the highest standards of quality. Qualifications Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program. Current CPR certification. Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing care team. Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule. Ability to travel throughout Mercer County.
