Benefits 401(k) matching Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Location 36400 Woodward Ave, Suite 222, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304 Responsibilities W2 position, compensation range $61,000 - $90,000, with full medical benefits, PTO, and paid CEUs Supervision offered for limited licensed Social Workers and Counselors Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and document accordingly Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team Use creative interventions to help clients meet and exceed goals Submit individual session documentation per company guidelines and protocol Maintain a caseload of 20 client hours per week for full‑time clinicians Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all paid clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields; on track to obtain licensure Current clinical licensure (LPC, LMSW, LP, LMFT, PsyD) or limited licenses (LLPC, LLMSW, LLP) Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate and model appropriate boundaries with clients Timely submission of documentation and other services Comfort working with a diverse client base Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) Established caseload preferred; sign‑on bonus available Compensation $61,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (W2) EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer.
