What You'll Be Doing Managing a busy and varied daily schedule including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries. Performing soft‑tissue surgeries regularly. Building strong client relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care. Contributing to a collaborative and respectful work environment. Schedule & Hours Full‑time schedule (flexible). Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Rotating Saturday shifts (typically 1–2 per month, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). No after‑hours on‑call expectations. Supportive scheduling team to help balance workload efficiently. Compensation & Benefits $130,000–$170,000 base salary, based on experience. 20% production bonus (no negative accrual). $50,000 sign‑on/welcome bonus.
