Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Gastroenterologist to become part of our established team in .

• Focus on outpatient care with 3.5 days dedicated to endoscopy, 1 full day in the clinic, and 0.5 day for administrative tasks each week.
• No weekend on-call duties are necessary, but there is an option for additional per diem pay for those who wish to take on weekend inpatient shifts.
• Minimal weeknight on-call (Monday to Thursday) shared among outpatient colleagues, with an inpatient nocturnist APP handling first call.
• Strong support from advanced practice providers in the clinic.
• Compensation structure: includes a base salary with a wRVU threshold, plus additional earnings for wRVUs exceeding that threshold. Potential annual earnings can exceed $1 million.
• Opportunity for future ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

• Our team includes specialists in outpatient general gastroenterology, interventional gastroenterology, inpatient GI hospitalists, and IBD subspecialty gastroenterology, along with GI advanced practice providers who have undergone extensive training in gastroenterology.
• Our primary GI services are offered from three locations in Northeast Indiana. The main office is situated on our scenic campus.
